Who We Are & What We Do
Mission
Collaboration2gether, Inc. was born from one woman’s vision to heal families, strengthen communities, and build bridges of opportunity that last for generations. What began as a grassroots outreach movement in Darlington, South Carolina, has grown into a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week community impact incubator serving youth, families, veterans, and seniors through faith, compassion, and action.
Guided by a “No Reject, No Eject” policy, we meet people where they are offering hope, stability, and pathways to success. From our Save Our Sons Youth Leadership Program to our Fervent Prayer Street Outreach Ministries, from SC Aging Matters to our Family Art Workshops, Nourish2gether Pantry, and Community Healing Initiatives, Collaboration2gether provides wraparound care that addresses the whole person: mind, body, and soul.
Through partnerships with small businesses, local agencies, and faith-based organizations, we empower people to transform their gifts and talents into purpose-driven, sustainable futures. Every arm of Collaboration2gether works together to break generational barriers, restore dignity, and strengthen the foundation of families and communities across South Carolina and beyond.
